Green production

Constantly maintaining minimal raw material consumption, maximum pollution prevention and efficient risk management, Glory Praise delivers environmental and professional safety standards for every possible production requirement.
Mercury Lite
Despite its toxic nature, Mercury is a widely used chemical element. Mercury lamps, a common application of Mercury, still plays an important role in projectors, rear-projection TVs, and stage lightings. However, with the growing universal eco-friendly concept, Mercury usage in lamps has become a critical product design focus.
The industries have been looking for Mercury substitutes with little success. As a result, Mercury remains as a critical element in lamps. Currently there is no worldwide standard specifying the Mercury quantity in lamps, but the majority of lighting companies follow the RoHS standard. Since 2005, our exports to Europe have been proven safe by the RoHS standards.
According to the RoHS standard for Mercury in lamps:
1. Mercury in compact fluorescent lamps should not exceed 5mg per lamp.
2. Mercury in straight florescent lamps should be in the range of 5mg – 10mg.
Mercury in other lamps is not specified in the RoHS standard, but for overall products, 1000ppm is the limitation. Glory Praise products are all under this limitation. Click

Product Recycle
